Mindfulness Group for Teens
For many teens, life in quarantine has led to increased stress in their lives. In this drop-in class, teens will learn about mindfulness (paying attention with compassion and without judgment) and how it can support them to manage this stress. In each class, teens will learn and practice specific techniques to develop new ways to relate and respond to the stressors in their lives. The stressors in their lives may not change, but they can feel calmer and more in control when facing these challenges. Teens can sign up for one class or a series of classes at a reduced rate. Classes begin June 22nd.
Weekly, Mondays & Wednesdays, 1-2pm
